Bumba-Meu-Boi
Description
Composition in ochre, gray, earthy, blue and white. Smooth and thick texture. It depicts Bumba-meu-boi composed of three figures and seahorse representation against plain background. The man entered the horse's representation is with the body of front legs turned to the right, arms folded up - cross on the left in front of the chest - hands flat on the face level. wear the type of northeastern hat has the square face with skin represented in dark tone, indicated facial features and dress suit and sneakers irregular chess. The seahorse is facing right, head 3/4 to the left, has long neck geometrized in ochre tones and body covered by drapery falling to the height of man's shins. On the left, behind the seahorse, two men standing side by side, both with head turned up. The on the left, 3/4 on the right, plays the clarinet and wears pants and gray jacket and pointy shoes. The man beside her, one sees only the body from the waist up, with the rest covered by the seahorse. He faces with his on the left hand on his hip. Apparent brush strokes forming geometrism in clothes of the two figures on the left; brushstrokes giving relief crossed his mind at the drapery, the head of the sea horse and jacket extra center.
