Description
Composition in predominantly light shades of blue, green, rose and ochre tones and earthy, gray, black and white. Smooth, solid areas and areas with marked brushstrokes. Composition representing raft with two figures, occupying the central area of the composition against background composed of geometrical areas in the blue and green. The raft is diagonally from the left to the right, front to the back. It is composed of eleven interlocking logs, with the candle suggested by geometrical areas in rose and gray tones. To the left of center of the composition, on the raft, man standing figure and profile to the right. wear hat on earthy tone, has indicated facial features, long neck and rose skin. It is stretched with the on the right arm, holding what appears to be a wooden bowl, which seems to wet the candle. Wear clothes defined by geometrical areas on earthy shades. It is with the earlier on the right leg to the left and wear flip-flops. Behind this figure hint of blue rope and in front of reed suggestion.
