Composition in black and white. Quick strokes, study character. Lines and shading. Representation of three workers on a white background. On the right foreground, man standing, slightly turned to the left and tilted down. His face is not shown, wear undefined hat and clothes. You have the on the right arm stretched diagonally to the left, with hand holding long-handled squeegee or broom he wears to push coffee beans that are on the floor. The on the left arm is bent and the hand holds the squeegee handle. Has bent and legs apart and feet indicated by quick strokes. In the background on the left, coffee beans gathered mound on the floor and man figure with sieve. Man standing, facing 3/4 on the left with apart and legs bent, brimmed hat that covers her face, upper body leaning forward, arms extended in front of the body with hands holding large sieve.
