Title
Don Quixote and Sancho Panza Heading Out on Their Adventures
Description
Composition in blue, gray, yellow, white, orange and earthy tones. Straight, parallel, and intersecting lines and colored areas. It depicts Don Quixote on his horse and Sancho Panza riding his donkey against yellow background. In the foreground, to the left, horse almost profile to the left with his right foreleg bent, horsedback by Don Quijote, squalid, his trunk and head almost facing forward. He wears a dark armor, suggested to be made out of iron. His left hand holds the reins of the horse and his right holds a spear. In the background, on the right, a donkey facing forward, being horsebacked by Sancho, who is too fat, and is wearing a broad brimmed hat, jacket, vest, pants below the knees and striped socks. Background and floor blend in with yellow areas defined by parallel and curved lines; to the left, near upper right corner of the supporting, a sun is represented.
