Composition in black and white. Lines defining contours and shading setting volume. Hand study on the left front view, closed, holding what appears to be the panning of gold digger. The hand is on the left, seeing mainly the stretched thumb. The other fingers are visible only in part, being bent. We still see the pulse and the beginning of the arm.
