Description
Composition in ochre tones, earthy, green, blue and white. Smooth texture. Portrait of front man head against background of sky and sea, occupying almost the entire composition. The portrayed is slightly front facing left; has rounded face is bald on the top of the head but has hair on the sides, large forehead. Thin but well-marked eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes turned to the right. See the ears and that the on the left is more visible as a result of the face position. Aquiline nose, thin lips and closed, rounded chin and short neck. Sees the start of the shirt collar, tie and jacket. Background with sky and sea being that occupies very narrow range in the composition. The expression portrayed is serious and there is light on the left side of the face.
